The best way we have found is to purchase a hat stretcher to conform it to your head shape. We reccomend buying a hat stretcher for these hats because they are round blocked and if left open they will go back to shape. Also they are round blocked so they will need to be shaped to your head either with a hat stretcher or getting the hat wet and wearing it dry.
